1)
Placed position with the client in the past. We generally only work on jobs that your firm has placed candidates with in the past. We stay away from new clients that you have no track record of placing positions with them in the past.
2)
Filled the exact position with the same client in the past. We generally like to work only on jobs that have been filled with the client in the past.
3)
Multiple openings- To start out with, we like to work on jobs that have multiple openings for the same job. For example, a Class A CDL Driver position in Indianapolis that is looking for 5 drivers.
4) We also stay away from the following industries: Government, Health Care, Manufacturing or Industrial. Too niche, too complicated, and too entrenched with other firms that specialize in those industries.
5) We also stay away from hard to fill states like most of the midwest (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, etc).
What about executive recruiting? If you latch on to the right client, they could send you a stream of regular high paying positions.
