Our job as a recruiter is to get the client exactly what they want, not something close. For example, if the job is a senior position that pays a salary between $70,000-$90,000, do not send someone at the vice-president level asking for $125,000 but is willing to negotiate. They can find those candidates all day. Clients pay big money so you can present them someone they want without having to think about it.
