So I've learned some of these kids think being told by a school they are interested in them and will recruit them is the same as being offered. By some of these kids I'm not just talking about cps kids. Just saying when you hear of "offers" from the kid’s mouth they are sometimes wrong which seems to be the case with at least 2 of the offers I see listed. Of course that’s not to say the schools listed won’t offer them in the future.

Boone no longer attends CVS. He now attends Hales Franciscan.
Posted by: CPS updates | June 29, 2012 at 11:12 PM
Boone was maybe practicing with Hales because his friend Joe Morrow goes there. Morrow and Boone are both going to Central Mich to play football. Boone is QB Morrow is WR. Boone is still at CVS.

I doubt Boone will be allowed by the IHSA to play. Usually do not let public to Catholics play right away.
Posted by: good luck being eligible | July 05, 2012 at 06:39 PM
they might as well CPS is letting kids transfer from public to public and they are eligible, so why not
Posted by: CPS updates | July 05, 2012 at 07:47 PM
@cvs#90 are you eligible? if so why didnt Boone stay?
Posted by: CPS updates | July 05, 2012 at 07:49 PM
IHSA doesn't usually allow public to private transfers without sitting
Posted by: good luck being eligible | July 05, 2012 at 08:53 PM

Honestly you catholic league guys kill me ok i will start this by admittingyou guys do play better at the state level Ill be honest lets list some advanteges you guys have 1. most of you guys are paying for school 2. you guys call our coaches bs I am pretty sure they would be better if they were full time coaches like yours. 3 you guys have trainers and extra coaches that can help you Cps pays 2 coaches 3 if you have a freshman which most schools dont haveany trainers that help us do it out of the kindness of there hearts 4 I read a article on your best player ty issac and joliet catholic that said they start there grammer school teams in 5th grade which means those guys have been playing together since then everyone that I play with I have met in hs it is kind of hard to try to match that type of bond 5 there are 200 cps schools and most of them have fb teams I would garentee that if we took the top 50 players from the cps and catholic league not only are we better natural athletes then you guys are we would win the game easily and to be truthfully Idk when the last time I saw any catholic league team ranked in the top 50 in the nation so you guys dont have the right to look down on anyone
Posted by: public league player | July 07, 2012 at 01:12 AM
Thank you @public league supporter i thought i was the only one that noticed the fact catholic and suburban teams are set up to win. If you notice everybody in the suburbs go to one school. In cps everybody goes to different schools. That makes you suburb kids look bad because all the good players in cps are spreaded out among schools when at a suburb school all the good players are at one school. Cps teams still figure out a way to beat catholic and suburban teams with all the players spreaded out. Just think if all our players was at one school we destroy you guys.
