My condolences to former Lane Tech basketball coach Frank Lollino, Jr. on the recent death of his mother, Anna Marie Lollino.

the cps coaches boycotted the seeding this year with the exception of a few schools.
With that being said, Taft had more wins, less losses and beat Maine South in a head to head game. Despite all of that, Maine South is the 6 seed and Taft is the 8 seed....How? That just isnt right...

Maine South has beaten Niles West, Wheaton-Warrenville South, Galeburg, Bloomington, Kankakee, and lost to Evanston by 3, New Trier by 2, and Riverside Brookfield by 3. Head to Head Match up is only one criteria in determining seedings. This is a good Maine South team capable of an upset.

Taft lost to New Trier by 20+ points, looked terrible in the CPS quarterfinals, and will have a very hard time against Foreman in a neutral court. If they happen to get by Foreman, they face New Trier. Tough road.

Very Tough Road ahead...undoubtedly so......According to max preps; Niles west 4-15, WW South 9-15, Galesburg 9-15, Kankakee 7-18, Bloomington 2-24....so quality losses are just as big of a factor as head to head matchups?

Does anyone know how much admission is to ihsa games?

    most likely

Does anyone know if Taft's Center Kevin Siudut and Forward Tim Reamer got any college offers to play basketball next year? Also, any truth to John Joyce leaving Taft and Chicago after this school year?
