    a reader sent me the following interesting fact:

    Morgan Park has made the state playoffs 11 straight years and have beaten teams like Wheaton North, East St. Louis. O'Fallon, Hinsdale South, and Crystal Lake South. In past regular season play, they have beaten the likes of Mount Carmel, Brother Rice, Providence, Carmel of Mundelien, Geneva, and Richards--all on neutral or away sites.
