Simeon was very impressive tonight...basically they are waiting for week 11 to get challenged...Simeon's #2 is unreal...and #3 & #1 are pretty good too...and whoever says the Public League does not bring a crowd should of been at Gatley tonight...when I pulled up I thought it was a MC vs SR game...the Wolverines are for real...

I play for MP, #92 Andrew Modelo. After watching tape, i must admit Simeon is very good with a nice offence and a solid fense, but I must admit, without Robert Raya, the defense was playing without a huge leader. The offense will have many changes I promise.

Morgan Park is still the class of CPS along with Hubbard. Lane Tech is okay but Morgan Park is in the top 6% in the country for sending players to college on football scholarships. With Robert Raya, Morgan Park stands up to Simeon on a higher level. The intensity would have been insane from the defensive standpoint.

I do not believe that one player makes up for 32 points. Alot of people were disappointed in the Morgan Park performance especially after winning last year on a controversial call which got alot of officials in trouble.
People were saying that they coulda found other stuff to do. Hopefully MP can rebound, they still have to play Hubbard.

Morgan Park played well. I know they lost by 32 points or whatever, but Simeon scored most of their plays on big runs by Banks or big throws or runs by Gregory. Many of those plays came on 3rd and long. See most teams will not have DI studs like a Gregory or Banks on their team. Particularly in class 6A.
Morgan Park beat 6A power Providence. MP can play with all the 6A local powers - DeLaSalle, Crystal Lake Central, Lemont. I feel Morgan Park's got a good chance to get past the 2nd round at state this year. After that it's onto downstate powers - Danville, Normal, Bloomington.
