Look out for Cooper Eben of Northside Prep. He has emerged as a strong #2 for NCP after expecting to be NCP's 4th man. He finished in the top 5 at St. Pat's and 11th (16:58 on a hilly 5k) at Racine Invite last week. NCP will need Eben. Junior Charlie Mesimore, expected to be a number 1 or 2 runner for NCP is still running cautiously and slow for him after a suffering a stress fracture in early August. He should bounce back by the end of the season, but he has had only two weeks of training so far this season.
