Agressive job seekers must play it smart. They spend their time on job search engines ike Indeed or Simply Hired lookign for jobs. As they search for a job to apply, they think they may be doing the right thing. For example a recruiter who wants to work at home may do a key word search for "virtual recruiter" in the search field of a job search site. Then go to another job search site such as CareerBuilder and type virtual recruiter again. Then go through this exercise in every job search site she can think of and feel that she has done her job for the day. But did she consider other search terms? What about "remote recruiter" or "work at home recruiter" or "remote staffing specialist" or work at home talent aquisition", or many others is she sits and thinks about it.
