As a virtual company, we do a lot of screen sharing and video training. One new site that I discovered that seems to do that is Loom (useLoom.com). I have not tested it yet. But it appears to be an alternative to YouTube. The disadvantage of YouTube is that in order to share a video, the person you are sharing the video to must have a Google email address. By contrast, in Loom, you can invite a candidate to watch a video then the candidate could watch the video by entering a password. So not only does the person not need a Google account, but the video is more secure since it requires a password to view.
