I have not fully tested it yet, but I have found a new way to simplify the signauture process on agreements. There is this website called EchoSign.com that allows users to electronically sign documents.

This prevents situations where you have to print and fax or print and scan.

It says that you first have to have a perfect model. Which means, you gotta make a model that works for you. If your goal is to be the best recruiting organization, then you gotta make the perfect recruiting model. Once you make the model, you gotta continue to repeat all the good actions that make up the perfect model.

When you leave a voice message for someone, it is important that they can hear your phone number (not everyone has caller ID). So, I recommend that when you get to the part where you leave your phone number to reach you. Please say your number loud, slow, and clear. Maybe even consider repeating your phone number again to make sure they got it. Ot atl east gives them extra time to grab a pen.
