Timely feedback from Employers
This is paramount. We certainly understand your concern when you do not receive timely feedback from employers about candidates submitted by you. We are addressing this on a couple of fronts.
A. We are going to hold employers accountable from a system and process standpoint for specific turn-around time at each stage of the hiring process. Employers who do not play by the rules will not be welcome on the platform. The community provides a valuable service on a success based fee structure and we only want to work with employers who are serious about filling these roles and providing timely feedback.
B. Anytime a candidate is rejected - the feedback will be immediately available to the Independent Recruiter and will include the reason for rejection. This way the recruiters engaged on job have timely feedback that they can work with.
C. We will limit the number of resumes we submit to a given employer for a particular position, unless we see timely feedback on the candidates already submitted.
D. Our Account Management team will work closely with the employers to educate them about your concerns and get their commitment to work as true partners in the process.
