You gotta show up.
One of the first rules is to be ready when it's time to work. If work time is 8:00am, it does not mean to be there after 8:00am. It means you gotta be there before 8:00am. The time before 8:00am is prep time. to warm up, to get your drinks, to work on areas of improvement, to turn on your computer, and to be ready so when that bell goes off to start working you are ready.
