Is it advantageous to be "inclusive" to everybody's desires to try to win their favor? The thinking is let me try to please as many people as I can, so it is probably best that you win their favor by saying things that the majority belives in. I'm not sure if this approach works in the long run. I'd rather stand for something, tell people what that something is, and win people that way. I think that if you work on focusing on what you feel is right, standing up for what you believe is right, and then telling people what you feel is an approach that will work in the long run.
