3 weeks

Any recruiter can work solidly on filling a position for 3 weeks. Then find candidates, phone screen candidates, and then get the candidate through the recruiting process. But what happens when your candidates you whole hardetly recruited for the first three weeks don't pan out? Are you going to sustain the effort and quit. We all know that recruiting takes some time and effort. I say don't even start to recruit, if you know that you are going to put in three weeks of work, get dejected when a few of your candidates don't work out and then quit.

If you want to quit, quit before you even start. Otherwise, don't start.
